Ryan Bickley started his musical journey studying at the Liverpool Institute of Performing Arts (LIPA). During this time, he developed his craft songwriting and performing as part of multiple projects and was also chosen as one of a select few to write with Sir Paul McCartney.

Once graduated, he spent a few years in-and-out of sessions with top talents including The Six, who helped develop his skills; & his now long-time production partner Freedo, whom he has a dance project with signed to Armada called ’Ninetails’.

Since then, he’s penned records with top dance artists across Europe including Nicky Romero, Brando, TelyKAST, Feder & Twocolors, the final two he also featured on with his dance feature project, ‘Kairos Grove’, in which he also features on releases with Le Youth, KOVEN, Moguai, JLV etc.

With a recent focus on the Kpop & Jpop markets, Ryan scored a 3x Platinum record in Korea & Gold record in Japan with ENHYPEN’s “Polaroid Love”. Alongside this he co-wrote the single “Why Why Why” with Chinese superstar, Jackson Wang, together with releases with ONEW (SM) & PENTAGON (CUBE). Working on upcoming projects coming from HYBE, SM Entertainment, YG, CUBE etc. expect many more releases to come!

Finally, his third & final artist project, Someone Else’s Rain, is a two-piece band, drawing inspiration from bands such as The 1975 & LANY combined with Coldplay & The Script. Both Ryan & Alex are successful songwriters in their own right but formed ’S.E.R’ to share deeply personal lyrics, and connect with a growing community of people who miss the connection of authentic music.

Ryan’s skills and versatility are overall what sets him apart from other topliners, his openness to working in almost any style or genre; and his ability to switch between instruments (vocals, guitar, piano, bass) or even co-production, prove to be powerful assets as no matter what level he is at, he is always improving. His diverse nature is further backed by his willingness to work with emerging talent as he keeps a close ear to the ground, eager to develop new artists.
