Cyrus Villanueva is a Sydney-based music producer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, vocalist and artist whose versatility and instinct for melody have made him one of Australia’s most in-demand collaborators. Confident across genres, his work spans pop, R&B, alternative and K-Pop, defined by emotional depth, strong grooves and a modern, polished sound.

After winning The X Factor Australia in 2015 and releasing his debut album under Sony Music, Cyrus shifted his focus to songwriting and production, building a catalogue of over 150 releases across major and independent projects. His recent credits include “Antidote” by Guy Sebastian feat. Sam Fischer, “Clique” by KYE, “Carelessly Doomed” by Chanel Loren feat. Kota the Friend and “Double Down” by GO-JO, alongside releases with MAY-A, Charley, Client Liaison, Oliver Cronin and Salty.

Cyrus has also made waves internationally, co-writing HYBE’s &TEAM single “Aoarashi”, which debuted at #1 on the Billboard Japan chart and achieved Double Platinum certification. Continuing his expansion into the K-Pop world, he has cuts with powerhouses NCT DREAM and NCT WISH, accumulating over 4M physical sales worldwide.
